Our employee networks play an important role in building our culture and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at QS. They teach us how we can embed inclusive practices within leadership, create communities that bring us together, provide guidance on company policies. Most importantly, our networks help create an environment where QSers receive support tailored to their needs, and where we can be respected for being our authentic selves.

Women Inspire Network (WIN)

The Women Inspire Network (WIN) provides networking opportunities for QS women and their allies, celebrates the successes of women, promotes meaningful discussion, training and action, and focuses on connecting women across QS.

REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) Network

REACH is a community that fosters inclusivity, diversity, and cultural awareness of everyone’s heritage. It provides a safe space for people, no matter their religious beliefs or cultural heritage to celebrate and engage in meaningful discussions, to support each other’s personal and professional growth at QS.

LGBTQIA+ Network

The QS LGBTQIA+ Network raises the visibility of LGBTQIA+ people across the company and awareness of issues affecting the community. With regular events to celebrate and commemorate key milestones throughout the year, the network ensures that QS continues to be an inclusive environment that empowers its people to build successful careers irrespective of individual backgrounds or personal attributes.

UNITE Network

UNITE fosters a culture that embraces and values the unique attributes and perspectives of all individuals, focusing on areas such as neurodiversity, age diversity, visible and non-visible disabilities and more.
